As believers, we were all new to the Bible at some point in our faith journey. Chances are we will also come into times where we will get to help new believers take their next steps after they said “yes” to Jesus.
In this interview episode, I have a conversation with my very first guest, who happens to also be my sister and best friend! As she is new to studying the Bible, we thought it would be fun to talk about the things a beginner might think or feel as they approach the Bible.
We cover these next step tips:
- Reaching out to a fellow believer who is ahead of you in their walk to walk with you.
- Starting with an overview of the Bible type of Bible study.
- And, how to find ways to spend time with God daily.

“And there’s tears that you shed because you just don’t understand how our God can be quote, unquote, cruel. But He’s not. It’s beautiful and it’s part of His story and evolution with us as well.”
